Position: Specialist of Asset Management
Level: Specialist Senior

2. JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Under the supervision and management of the Head of General Affairs Office. He/She will ensure the smooth operation of asset management. The position requires good organizational and coordination skills, good communication skills, and executive force.
PART I - Key Duties and Responsibility
Asset Registration & Documentation
?Be responsible for the procurement acceptance, registration, categorization, coding, and documentation of university
Fixed assets (e.g., teaching equipment, research instruments, office facilities), ensuring accurate and complete records.
?Maintain asset management system data, conduct regular physical inventory checks, and ensure alignment of records, labels and physical assets.
Asset Acceptance & Utilization
?Cooperate with other related departments to do asset delivery acceptance inspections, verify technical specifications,
quality, and supporting documentation and complete asset inventory procedures.
?Coordinate internal asset transfers, loans, and shared usage to optimize resource allocation and improve utilization
efficiency.
Asset Supervision & Compliance
?Enforce national and institutional asset management policies, conduct regular audits and inventories, and prepare
inventory reports.
?Monitor compliance in asset usage to prevent loss, damage, or improper disposal, and propose corrective actions.
?Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies (e.g., auditors, finance departments), providing asset data and
documentation to ensure compliance.
Other Responsibilities
?Participate in drafting/updating university asset management policies and streamlining workflows.
?Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
?Master's Degree or higher in Finance, Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
?English Fluency (TOEFL 90/ IELTS 6.5 Above)
?Proactively finish tasks efficiently and precisely
?Maintain the good relationships with others
?Awareness of coaching subordinates within the department
?Fully understanding JD
?Better understanding the whole tasks of the department.
?Nearly 3-year working experience of current position.
?Basically understood the knowledge of HR&FIN at BiUH.
