Role Overview:
Lead BiUH’s HR strategy, aligning talent management with institutional vision. Build efficient HR systems, drive organizational development, and recruit/retain global talent to support academic excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Leadership: Develop HR strategies aligned with BiUH’s goals; optimize organizational structure and talent acquisition/retention mechanisms.
? Talent Management: Oversee global recruitment, individual and organizational development, and diversity initiatives for faculty, staff, and executives.
? Compensation & Performance: Design competitive global pay systems and performance frameworks aligned with institutional objectives.
? Culture & Compliance:
foster an inclusive student-centered culture, resolve employee conflicts, and
ensure compliance with
? Global HR Operations: Lead multicultural teams, manage international work visas, and strengthen government relations.
? Digital Transformation: Optimize HR analytics and systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
? Proven strategic HR leadership in global environments.
? Expertise in China’s labor laws, compensation, and talent development.
? Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); cross-cultural communication skills.
? Master’s degree or above in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in free trade port
policies (
? Advanced data analytics skills to optimize HR outcomes.
