Role Overview:
The Specialist manages end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires and compliant departure procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
?Onboarding: Verify documents, coordinate training plans, assist with paperwork/benefits enrollment, and facilitate campus orientation.
? Offboarding: Process resignation documentation, terminate benefits, ensure asset returns, conduct exit interviews, and update HR records.
? Contract & Compliance Administration: Draft, update, and archive employment contracts. Maintain digital records and audit-ready documentation.
? Employee Support & Culture Promotion
? Data Management
? Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
? Master in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
? At least 2 years HR experience (onboarding/offboarding preferred).
? Data analysis, HR software (MS Office), confidentiality, and multitasking skills.
? Knowledge of labor laws and university HR policies.
? Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
