Role Overview :
Deliver advanced B1-C2 German instruction (TestDaF, Goethe Zertifikat, Business German) via modern methods (digital tools, interactive techniques). Lead curriculum innovation, mentor junior faculty, and conduct impactful pedagogical research.
Key Responsibilities:
? Teach advanced courses, design adaptive curricula with cultural/historical integration, and prepare students for proficiency exams.
? Lead curriculum development aligned with global standards; publish research and create specialized materials (e.g., textbooks, digital content).
? Mentor faculty through workshops/evaluations; collaborate on interdisciplinary projects and tech-driven teaching practices.
? Manage academic planning, accreditations, and extracurricular programs (e.g., language clubs).
Requirements:
? Language: Native/near-native German (C2); advanced English.
?Skills: Educational technology, data analysis, curriculum design, and cross-departmental leadership.
? Experience: 5–10 years teaching advanced German (exam/Business German focus); publications of textbooks and research project related to practice integrated concept.
?Education: Master’s/PhD in German Studies, DaF/DaZ, Linguistics, etc.; international experience preferred.
