Role Overview:
Intern German Teacher supports courses (A1-B2) delivery, material development, and student support under senior faculty guidance, adhering to BiUH’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in teaching German (A1-B2); plan lessons, prepare materials, track progress, making course ware.
? Support exam creation, invigilation, and grading (e.g., Goethe certifications).
? Tutor students, translate materials, help teachers to control student homework.
? Learn BIUH’s curriculum; gradually assume independent teaching responsibilities.
Requirements:
? Native/near-native German (C1+/C2 certified, e.g., TestDaF 4x4, Goethe C2 preferred).
? Master (in progress) in German as a Foreign Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
? Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred; familiarity with Goethe exams advantageous.
? Fluent English; proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
