一、中心簡(jiǎn)介

二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹
閆致強(qiáng)，2004年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2004-2009年分別于中國(guó)科學(xué)院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所、北京生命科學(xué)研究所以及中科院生物物理研究所進(jìn)行博士研究并獲得博士學(xué)位。2009-2013加州大學(xué)舊金山分校及霍華德·休斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所師從美國(guó)科學(xué)院院士詹裕農(nóng)、葉公杼(Yuh-Nung Jan,Lily Jan)進(jìn)行博士后研究。2013年任復(fù)旦大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，獲得上海高校特聘教授（東方學(xué)者，2014）、上海市青年科技啟明星（2014），2020年加入深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室分子生理所任資深研究員、副所長(zhǎng)。2024年加入首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)任基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、博士生導(dǎo)師，首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心任資深研究員、醫(yī)學(xué)生理研究所所長(zhǎng)。以通訊作者在Neuron、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、PNAS、Nature Communications、eLife、Cell Reports、Genome Research等國(guó)際高水平雜志發(fā)表多篇論文。獲4項(xiàng)國(guó)家科技部重大研究計(jì)劃、2項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委面上項(xiàng)目支持。
三、實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向
閆致強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室長(zhǎng)期從事感覺(jué)神經(jīng)生物學(xué)的研究，綜合運(yùn)用分子生物學(xué)、蛋白相互作用和結(jié)構(gòu)分析、電生理記錄、神經(jīng)回路的光遺傳、化學(xué)遺傳和成像等技術(shù)手段，結(jié)合藥物篩選和基因編輯小鼠模型，進(jìn)行聽(tīng)覺(jué)、觸覺(jué)、渴覺(jué)等感覺(jué)受體的鑒定和工作機(jī)制研究，感覺(jué)系統(tǒng)神經(jīng)回路，以及感覺(jué)系統(tǒng)疾病的機(jī)理和治療，并探索這些感覺(jué)受體在其他重要生理功能中的作用。
1.聽(tīng)覺(jué)、觸覺(jué)、痛覺(jué)、濕度感覺(jué)、渴覺(jué)等感覺(jué)受體的鑒定，其裝配和工作機(jī)制研究，以及這些受體在其他重要生理過(guò)程中的作用，例如消化和免疫反應(yīng)。
2.解析感覺(jué)受體離子通道及其復(fù)合物的蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)、分析離子通透性和門控機(jī)制等。
3.鑒定在觸覺(jué)、痛覺(jué)、平衡覺(jué)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)、渴覺(jué)、內(nèi)臟感覺(jué)等的關(guān)鍵神經(jīng)細(xì)胞群和神經(jīng)回路。
4.研究遺傳性耳聾的致病機(jī)理、診斷以及基因治療。

01博士后
1）主要職責(zé)
1.在課題組組長(zhǎng)指導(dǎo)下開(kāi)展科研工作；

Laboratory Introduction
Dr. Zhiqiang Yan obtained his bachelor's degree from Fudan University in 2004, Then, he pursued his Ph.D. degree in Neurobiology, Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Institute of Biology Sciences, Beijing & Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences form 2004-2009. He received postdoctoral training in both Lily Jan' group and Yuh Nung Jan' group at Howard Hughes Medical Institute &University of California at San Francisco, San Francisco, USA. In 2013, he was appointed as a professor in Fudan University. Then, he joined Shenzhen Bay Laboratory as a senior principal investigator at 2020 and appointed as deputy director at 2022. Then, he joined Capital Medical University as the Dean and doctoral supervisor of the school of Basic Medical Sciences, and joined the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR) in Beijing as a senior principal investigator and director of the Institute for Medical Physiology at 2024. He has won honors such as Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) Long-term Fellowship (2010), Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Venus (2014), The Shanghai Rising-Star Program (2014), etc. Dr. Yan has published papers as corresponding author (including co-authors) in journals including Neuron, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, PNAS, Nature Communications, eLife, Cell Reports, etc. He was supported by 4 National Key Research and Development Projects of China and 2 general programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
Research Direction
The Yan laboratory studies sensory neurobiology, focuses on identifying the receptors and neural circuits for sensation and interoception, studies their working mechanism and related the diseases in sensory system.
a. Identify the receptors for hearing, touch, pain, and thirst sensation, study the gating and assembly of the related sensory transduction complex, and explore their functions in various physiological processes, such as digestion and immunity.
b. Analysis of the protein structures of sensory receptor ion channels and their complexes, as well as the examination of ion permeability and gating mechanisms.
c. Map the critical neuronal groups and circuits for sensation and interoception such as touch, pain, vestibular and thirst sensation.
d. Study pathogenic mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of congenital hearing loss.

c. Assist in the safety management of the laboratory, the management of hazardous chemicals, the use of special equipment, and the sterilization of experimental materials.
