01.研究院簡(jiǎn)介
上海大學(xué)特種人形機(jī)器人研究院以“戰(zhàn)略分工、戰(zhàn)術(shù)合作;運(yùn)營(yíng)統(tǒng)籌、資源共享”為原則,致力于打造國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際一流的仿生智能機(jī)器人專業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)。研究院聚焦國(guó)家重大戰(zhàn)略需求與產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)難題,圍繞人形機(jī)器人核心部件、智能控制、場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用等方向,構(gòu)建“項(xiàng)目總師責(zé)任制+核心共性技術(shù)組協(xié)同”的科研管理模式,形成“虛實(shí)結(jié)合、縱橫交錯(cuò)、多學(xué)科交叉融合、產(chǎn)教研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”的研發(fā)體系。目前研究院已布局人形機(jī)器人的若干特種應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景落地的預(yù)研項(xiàng)目,啟動(dòng)建設(shè)特種應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、機(jī)電測(cè)試平臺(tái)等研發(fā)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,推動(dòng)人工智能向具身智能加速發(fā)展。研究院擬用3年左右時(shí)間形成約100名研究及技術(shù)開發(fā)人員規(guī)模,其中編制內(nèi)專職研究人員30名,企業(yè)編制專職技術(shù)開發(fā)及技術(shù)支撐人員20名,校內(nèi)聯(lián)聘教師30名,博士后20名。為加快高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,研究院誠(chéng)邀校內(nèi)外、海內(nèi)外高水平人才加盟,攜手并進(jìn),在特種人形機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域,共同引領(lǐng)學(xué)術(shù)前沿、驅(qū)動(dòng)行業(yè)變革、賦能國(guó)之重器。

03.基本條件

2.具有全日制博士學(xué)位,身心健康,能夠勝任研發(fā)崗位要求。

1.在海內(nèi)外知名院校、科研院所、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)從事教學(xué)、科研、技術(shù)工作并有副教授及以上或相當(dāng)學(xué)術(shù)資歷,學(xué)術(shù)成果突出,在機(jī)器人專業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有重要影響力。
2.能夠把握學(xué)科發(fā)展方向,具有帶領(lǐng)和組織團(tuán)隊(duì)開展有組織科研的能力。
3.年齡一般不超過50周歲,特別優(yōu)秀的年齡可適當(dāng)放寬。

BIRDS@SHU —— Bionic Intelligent Robot Dreamworks for Specialpurpose at Shanghai University
1. Institute Overview
The Special Humanoid Robotics Institute at Shanghai University adheres to the principle of "strategic division, tactical cooperation; operational coordination, and resource sharing." It is dedicated to becoming a nationally leading and internationally renowned research institution in the field of bionic intelligent robotics. The institute focuses on national major strategic needs and industrial technological challenges, centering on core components, intelligent control, and application scenarios of humanoid robots. It adopts a research management model of 'project chief responsibility system and core common technology group collaboration,' forming a development system characterized by 'virtual-real integration, interdisciplinary convergence, and synergy among industry, education, research, and application.' Currently, the institute has launched preliminary research projects for several special application scenarios of humanoid robots and begun constructing research infrastructure such as special scenario training grounds, key technology laboratories, and electromechanical testing platforms to promote the advancement of artificial intelligence toward embodied intelligence. The institute plans to form a team of about 100 research and technical development personnel within approximately three years, including 30 full-time researchers with institutional positions, 20 full-time technical development and support staff with corporate positions, 30 CoResearchers, and 20 postdoctoral researchers. To accelerate high-quality development, the institute sincerely invites outstanding talents from within and outside the university, both domestic and international, to join and work together to lead the academic frontier, drive industry transformation, and empower national key technologies in the field of special humanoid robots.

3. Basic Requirements
