天津大學(Tianjin University),其前身為北洋大學,始建于
管理與經(jīng)濟學部秉承“崇實事而求是,踐商道以化成”的使命,致力于打造與工科相融合、國際知名的管理與經(jīng)濟學科,培育兼具家國情懷、全球視野、創(chuàng)新精神、實踐能力的卓越領(lǐng)導者和學術(shù)精英。
02 學科分布&師資力量 Discipline Scope & Faculty Member Team
管理與經(jīng)濟學部學科覆蓋面廣,涵蓋管理學門類的管理科學與工程、工商管理學、公共管理學三個一級學科,經(jīng)濟學門類的應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學一級學科及工科門類的系統(tǒng)工程二級學科等。學部在學科建設(shè)中取得了突出成績,其中管理科學與工程學科入選國家一流學科,并在軟科2024年最好學科排名中位列第2(前1%);工商管理學科也取得了歷史性突破。
College of Management and Economics offers a broad spectrum of disciplines, encompassing three first-level disciplines in management—Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, and Public Administration—as well as the first-level discipline of Applied Economics within economics and the second-level discipline of Systems Engineering within engineering.The College has achieved remarkable success in disciplinary development, with Management Science and Engineering selected as a national first-class discipline and ranked 2nd (top 1%) in the 2024 Best Chinese Subjects Ranking.The Business Administration discipline has also made historic breakthroughs.

學部通過了中國高質(zhì)量MBA教育認證(CAMEA)、AMBA認證和AACSB認證。2018年7月,在學位中心公布的全國首次專業(yè)學位水平評估結(jié)果中,天津大學MBA項目被評為A(天津市唯一)。
04 學術(shù)競爭力 Academic Competitiveness
學部教師聚焦國際學術(shù)前沿,近五年在Management Science,Operations Research,MIS Quarterly,Nature Climate Change等國際頂級期刊上發(fā)表論文30余篇,不斷促進高質(zhì)量原創(chuàng)性學術(shù)成果產(chǎn)出,獲得省部級及以上科研獲獎50余項。
Faculty members focus on cutting-edge international academic research, having published over 30 papers in top-tier international journals such as Management Science, Operations Research, MIS Quarterly, and Nature Climate Change in the past five years.These efforts have consistently driven the production of high-quality, original academic outputs, earning more than 50 research awards at the provincial and ministerial levels or above.
同時,學部聚焦國家經(jīng)濟、社會、科技發(fā)展及國家重大戰(zhàn)略需求,近年來獲批國家自然科學基金重大項目1項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目3項、國家自然科學基金重點類項目18項、國家社會科學基金重大項目7項、國家社會科學基金重點項目3項。

05 國家級研究平臺與基地 National Research Platforms and Bases
學部獲批了首批教育部哲學社會科學重點實驗室(培育)、天津大學國家儲能技術(shù)產(chǎn)教融合創(chuàng)新平臺(全國高校首批三所之一)、國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略實施研究基地等在內(nèi)的10余個國家級和省部級科研平臺。
The College has been approved to establish more than ten national and provincial-level research platforms, including the first batch of Key Laboratories (Pilot) of the Ministry of Education for Philosophy and Social Sciences, the National Energy Storage Technology Industry-Education Integration Innovation Platform of Tianjin University (one of the first three among national universities), and the National Intellectual Property Strategy Implementation Research Base, among others.
同時學部擁有超過1000平米的實驗空間,近年來投資超千萬元建設(shè)了一流的科學研究實驗條件,包括眼動儀、動作捕捉、虛擬現(xiàn)實、模擬駕駛、決策劇場、實時環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)采集、高性能計算平臺等,為各類前沿經(jīng)濟管理類研究工作提供了堅實支持。
Additionally, the College possesses over 1,000 square meters of experimental space and has invested more than ten million yuan in recent years to build state-of-the-art experimental conditions for scientific research.These include eye-tracking devices, motion capture systems, virtual reality setups, driving simulators, decision-making lab, real-time environmental data collection systems, and high-performance computing platforms, providing robust support for various cutting-edge research in economics and management.
06 國際合作 International Cooperation
為提升國際化辦學水平,學部于2014年9月成立天津大學管理與經(jīng)濟學科國際顧問委員會(以下簡稱“委員會”)。委員會是由全球著名商(政)界領(lǐng)袖、知名管理學家和經(jīng)濟學家以及社會賢達組成的高端顧問機構(gòu),旨在為天津大學管理與經(jīng)濟學科的長遠發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略指導與審議、資源匯集與整合,并作為管理與經(jīng)濟學部與國際學界、業(yè)界溝通對話的橋梁。學部先后聘任三屆委員會委員。第三屆委員會成員包括格力電器董事長兼總裁董明珠;前愛丁堡皇家學會副主席、中國科學院外籍院士、美國工程院外籍院士Tariq S.Durrani;美國工程院院士、邁阿密大學教授 James M.Tien等13位委員。

學部充分發(fā)揮各學科優(yōu)勢,積極拓展國際合作伙伴,與諸多國際知名高校建立了長期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系。2018年至今,學部與來自8個國家和地區(qū)的15所高校簽署交換生、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、雙學位等各類合作協(xié)議,開展交流活動,涵蓋了本碩博各專業(yè)學生,合作院校包括倫敦大學學院、密歇根大學、莫斯科國立大學、普渡大學、馬里蘭大學、雷丁大學、新加坡國立大學等。

partnerships, establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships with

1)講席教授Chair Professor
1.準確把握本學科的發(fā)展方向,提出具有戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性、創(chuàng)造性的研究構(gòu)想,帶領(lǐng)本學科在前沿領(lǐng)域趕超或保持國際先進水平。
Accurately grasp the development direction of the discipline, propose strategic, forward-looking, and innovative research visions, and lead the discipline to surpass or maintain internationally advanced levels in cutting-edge fields.
2.致力于教師整體素質(zhì)和研究水平的提高,積極培養(yǎng)和引進優(yōu)秀人才。
Committed to enhancing the overall quality and research capabilities of faculty, actively fostering and recruiting outstanding talents.
2)英才教授(原則上入選時不應(yīng)超過55周歲) Outstanding Professor
(Candidates should not exceed 55 years of age at the time of selection)
1.具有較高教學水平,具備高素質(zhì)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗或能力,完成學校和學院規(guī)定的各項教學工作任務(wù),深入開展教學研究和改革,并取得突出的教學成果。

Possess an independent research direction aligned with the discipline’s development, capable of leading the discipline to address major national socioeconomic development needs and conducting academic research at an internationally advanced level.

1.具有較高的教學水平,具備高素質(zhì)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗或能力,完成學?;?qū)W院規(guī)定的各項教學工作任務(wù),開展教學研究和教學改革,并取得良好的教學成果。
Demonstrate a high level of teaching proficiency, possess experience or capability in cultivating top-tier innovative talents, complete all teaching tasks assigned by the university or college, engage in teaching research and reform, and achieve commendable teaching outcomes.
2.從事高水平科學研究,研究方向符合本學科發(fā)展需要,在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)突出并獲得同行專家認可。
Conduct high-level scientific research with a direction aligned with the discipline’s development needs, demonstrate outstanding performance in relevant fields domestically and internationally, and earn recognition from peer experts.
3.在學科建設(shè)、基地建設(shè)、人才引進和國際交流合作等方面發(fā)揮積極作用。

4)副教授、講師、博士后 Associate Professor、Assistant Professor、Postdoc
1.研究方向符合本學科發(fā)展需要,在其研究領(lǐng)域取得一定的學術(shù)成就,具有相當?shù)膶W術(shù)潛力。
Pursue a research direction aligned with the discipline’s development needs, achieve certain academic accomplishments in their research field, and demonstrate considerable academic potential.
2.積極參與學科建設(shè),參加本學科領(lǐng)域高級別國際學術(shù)會議以及其他形式國際學術(shù)交流活動,積極承擔和參與國家及省市各級科技項目。
Actively participate in discipline development, attend high-level international academic conferences in the discipline, engage in other forms of international academic exchange activities, and take on or contribute to national and provincial-level scientific and technological projects.
3.副教授還應(yīng)具有良好的教育教學經(jīng)驗并在提高教育教學質(zhì)量方面取得一定成果,作為本科和研究生教學等人才培養(yǎng)方面的骨干教師承擔教學工作,承擔學科基礎(chǔ)課或?qū)I(yè)核心課程。原則上應(yīng)具有兩年及以上教學科研相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷。
Associate Professors should also have substantial educational and teaching experience, achieve notable results in improving educational and teaching quality, serve as key faculty in undergraduate and graduate education, and undertake teaching responsibilities for foundational or core professional courses.In principle, they should have at least two years of relevant experience in teaching and research.
