Position：Post-Doctoral Fellows
Job Description
1.Conduct scientific research under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI) of the research group, complete project-related tasks, and publish high-quality academic papers. Postdoctoral fellows are welcome to join the group with their own research projects for collaboration.
2.Assist in applying for national-level grants and provincial/municipal-level projects, or serve as the group leader in applying for postdoctoral science funds.
3.Support and guide graduate students and research assistants in the group or laboratory.
4.Fulfill other tasks assigned by the PI as required.
Qualifications
1.Applicants must demonstrate academic integrity and moral principles with no adverse records.
2.Hold a PhD degree (or soon-to-graduate PhD candidate) from a renowned domestic university or international university, with expertise in one of the following disciplines: Biological Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science & Electronics, Materials Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Other STEM/medical/engineering disciplines.
3.Be under 35 years of age, in excellent physical and mental health, with outstanding academic performance.
4.Possess strong research capabilities, including documented achievements in relevant fields. Priority will be given to candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or significant research accomplishments.
5.The laboratory does not employ postdoctoral fellows who are currently working elsewhere.

7. Post-Station Treatment: Post-Doctoral Fellows who remain in Shenzhen (or join Shenzhen-based institutions,like SZBL) for full-time work within 6 months of completing their postdoctoral tenure and sign a labor contract of 3 years with an employer will receive the subsidy of 360,000 RMB.

【崗位職責(zé)】
1.在課題組組長指導(dǎo)下開展科研工作，完成課題相關(guān)的科研任務(wù)，撰寫發(fā)表高水平論文，同時(shí)歡迎博士后自帶課題加入課題組開展合作；
2.協(xié)助申請國家自然科學(xué)基金及省、市各級項(xiàng)目或作為負(fù)責(zé)人申請博士后科學(xué)基金；
3.協(xié)助指導(dǎo)課題組或?qū)嶒?yàn)室的研究生和研究助理的科研工作；
4.完成課題組長交待的其他工作。
【崗位要求】
1.申請人具有良好的政治素質(zhì)和道德修養(yǎng)，遵紀(jì)守法，無不良記錄；
2.獲得在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位和學(xué)歷且不超過3年，或即將取得博士學(xué)位的博士研究生，具有以下相關(guān)專業(yè)背景之一：生物學(xué)類、醫(yī)學(xué)類、藥學(xué)類、化學(xué)類、物理學(xué)類、數(shù)學(xué)類、計(jì)算機(jī)與電子信息類、材料科學(xué)與工程、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程等理學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、工學(xué)專業(yè)；
3.品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，身心健康，年齡不超過35周歲；
4.具有較強(qiáng)的研究能力，已在相應(yīng)方向上取得一定的學(xué)術(shù)成就，具備跨學(xué)科、復(fù)合型專業(yè)背景或已取得顯著科研成果者予以優(yōu)先考慮。
5.實(shí)驗(yàn)室不招收在職博士后。
