智能教育青年科學(xué)家(學(xué)者)國際論壇旨在為海內(nèi)外高層次優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者搭建一個學(xué)術(shù)交流的平臺, 將通過專題報告、學(xué)術(shù)研討等形式,聚焦智能教育相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,探討學(xué)科熱點(diǎn)問題,促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作。
本次論壇將采取線下形式于
International Forum for Young Scientists and Scholars in Intelligent Education aims to establish an academic exchange platform for outstanding young scholars and scientists worldwide. Through thematic reports, academic seminars, and discussions, it will focus on cutting-edge topics in Intelligent Education and related fields, addressing disciplinary hotspots and fostering academic collaboration and innovation.
The forum will be held on May 23, 2025 (the specific time and location will be provided via email). Participants will have the opportunity to explore iAIE, discuss with scholars in their own fields, and communicate with administrative offices of the institute. We are pleased to invite outstanding scholars to contribute to our thriving research agenda.

(一)領(lǐng)軍人才—首席科學(xué)家 Leading Talents – Chief Scientist
? 品德高尚,身心健康,具有國際視野;
? 在人工智能及相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域有深厚的學(xué)術(shù)造詣或在產(chǎn)業(yè)界有突出的成果和重大項目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗;
? 具有以下1-2項關(guān)鍵能力:跨學(xué)科整合能力、戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的實踐經(jīng)驗、產(chǎn)業(yè)界重大項目實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗;
? Possess exemplary moral character, physical and mental well-being, and a global perspective.
? Demonstrate profound academic expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and related disciplines, or exhibit outstanding achievements in industry with significant leadership experience in major projects.
? Exhibit proficiency in at least one or two of the following key competencies: interdisciplinary integration capabilities, strategic leadership, practical experience in industry-academia collaboration, or hands-on experience in leading large-scale industrial projects.

? 具備大模型領(lǐng)域豐富工作經(jīng)驗及科研成果;
? 具有博士學(xué)位,優(yōu)秀者可以放寬到碩士學(xué)位。
? Demonstrate strong ideological and political integrity, ethical conduct, and physical/mental health.
? Possess substantial research accomplishments and professional experience in the field of large model technologies.
? Hold a doctoral degree; exceptions may be considered for outstanding candidates with a master's degree.
(三)青年優(yōu)秀人才 Outstanding Young Talents
? 具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)和品德學(xué)風(fēng),身心健康;
? 博士后出站或應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,或在大模型領(lǐng)域有豐富經(jīng)驗的碩士研究生;
? Demonstrate strong ideological and political integrity, ethical conduct, and physical/mental health.
? Postdoctoral researchers, recent graduates, or master's degree holders with extensive experience in large model technologies.
(四) 博士后人才 Postdoctoral Researchers
? 具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)和品德學(xué)風(fēng),身心健康;
? 已獲得或即將獲得博士學(xué)位,博士學(xué)位獲得時間一般不超過3年,年齡35周歲以下;
? 具備較高的學(xué)術(shù)水平、較強(qiáng)的科研能力以及全日制進(jìn)站工作的條

? Hold or be about to obtain a doctoral degree, with the degree generally conferred within the past three years, and be under 35 years of age.

研究院作為學(xué)校超學(xué)科研究特區(qū),歡迎校內(nèi)教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、人工智能等相關(guān)學(xué)科專業(yè)的教學(xué)科研人員。
As a transdisciplinary research hub of ECNU, the institute welcomes faculty and researchers from disciplines such as education, psychology, artificial intelligence, and related fields within the university.
PART 04 研究領(lǐng)域 Academic Areas
1. 大模型訓(xùn)練:包括但不限于語料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定、數(shù)據(jù)集構(gòu)建、模型預(yù)訓(xùn)練、模型壓縮、推理優(yōu)化、邏輯推理、智能體開發(fā)、MoE(混合專家)架構(gòu)、Scaling Law 研究等;
2. 大模型優(yōu)化與對齊:涵蓋語料質(zhì)量優(yōu)化、指令微調(diào)、獎勵模型優(yōu)化、強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)策略迭代等方向;
3. 大模型評測:包括模型評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定、模型評價數(shù)據(jù)集構(gòu)建、大模型系統(tǒng)安全與倫理等方向;
4. 教育大模型與教育教學(xué)改革:包括智能教育理論與政策研究,基于教育大模型的教、學(xué)、評、管,創(chuàng)新人才評估、選拔、培養(yǎng)新模式,教育大模型與系統(tǒng)的實踐應(yīng)用等研究方向。
1. Large Model Training: Corpus standardization, dataset construction, model pre-training, model compression, inference optimization, logical reasoning, agent development, Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architectures, and scaling law research.
2. Large Model Optimization and Alignment: Corpus quality optimization, instruction fine-tuning, reward model refinement, and reinforcement learning strategy iteration.
3. Large Model Evaluation: Development of model evaluation standards, construction of evaluation datasets, and research on system safety and ethics for large models.
4. Educational Large Models and Pedagogical Reform: Intelligent education theory and policy studies; teaching, learning, assessment, and management systems powered by educational large models; innovative models for talent evaluation, selection, and cultivation; and practical applications of educational large models and systems.

華東師范大學(xué)創(chuàng)建于
On October 16, 1951, ECNU was
founded based on the
發(fā)展智能教育是華東師范大學(xué)的第一戰(zhàn)略,也是華東師范大學(xué)服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略和上海市地方發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn)。學(xué)校早在2018年即部署“智能教育”領(lǐng)域的研究工作,并在上海市教委的支持下,于2020年12月成立上海智能教育研究院作為校管科研平臺實體化運(yùn)行。2022年,智能教育學(xué)科進(jìn)入上海Ⅳ類高峰學(xué)科建設(shè)行列,并入選教育部首批哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)實驗室。2024年12月,學(xué)校研究確定了上海智能教育研究院迭代發(fā)展方案,將上海智能教育研究院明確為學(xué)校直屬二級教學(xué)科研單位,并建立超學(xué)科研究特區(qū),全力支持智能教育前沿的學(xué)科交叉、人才培養(yǎng)和社會服務(wù)工作。
目前,研究院建設(shè)、共建的科研教學(xué)平臺有:教育部首批哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)實驗室、國家智能社會治理實驗基地(教育特色)、華東師范大學(xué)-上海創(chuàng)智學(xué)院智能教育聯(lián)合實驗室、上海城市數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型創(chuàng)新基地。
Developing intelligent
education stands as the top strategic priority of East China Normal University
(ECNU) and serves as a pivotal anchor for aligning with national strategies and
regional development. ECNU initiated research in intelligent education as early
as 2018. With support from the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the
Shanghai Institute of AI for Education (iAIE) was established in December 2020
as a university-administered research entity. In 2022, the discipline of
Intelligent Education was selected as Class IV Peak Discipline in
Research and Educational Platforms:
