一、課題組介紹與主要研究方向
盧泓遠(yuǎn)博士現(xiàn)任香港科技大學(xué)(廣州)生命科學(xué)與生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)域助理教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。本科畢業(yè)于紐約大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物工程專業(yè),后于香港城市大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境學(xué)院獲得博士學(xué)位。畢業(yè)后,先后在新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物分子工程學(xué)院及得克薩斯大學(xué)奧斯汀分?;瘜W(xué)工程學(xué)院從事博士后研究。其研究成果發(fā)表在了Nature、PNAS、Nature Communications、Trends in Biotechnology、Biotechnology and Bioengineering等國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊;獲得國(guó)家級(jí)人才項(xiàng)目;國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)支持。
盧博士的研究領(lǐng)域涵蓋合成生物學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)工程、代謝工程及環(huán)境微生物學(xué),聚焦于微生物與酶的改造與應(yīng)用。他致力于解析微生物代謝途徑和酶的催化機(jī)制,開發(fā)相關(guān)生物化工技術(shù),以應(yīng)對(duì)環(huán)境、醫(yī)藥及能源等領(lǐng)域的挑戰(zhàn)。目前,課題組主要運(yùn)用宏基因組學(xué)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)及自動(dòng)化技術(shù),重點(diǎn)開展以下三個(gè)方向的研究:
①塑料的生物降解技術(shù)
②制藥與精細(xì)化工領(lǐng)域的工業(yè)酶改造
③基于dsRNA技術(shù)的蚊蟲防控研究。
二、招聘崗位(博士后)
招聘:博士后
應(yīng)聘要求:
(1) 擁有生物信息學(xué)、計(jì)算生物學(xué)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、生命科學(xué)、生化工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位;
(2) 近5年內(nèi)以主要作者身份在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的高水平期刊發(fā)表1-2篇學(xué)術(shù)論文;
(3) 具備獨(dú)立科研能力和創(chuàng)新思維,能夠帶領(lǐng)小型團(tuán)隊(duì)高效完成科研任務(wù);
(4) 樂觀積極,善于溝通與合作,工作認(rèn)真踏實(shí),具備較強(qiáng)的毅力和責(zé)任心;
(5) 具有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、誠(chéng)實(shí)的科研態(tài)度,注重團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,能夠積極融入團(tuán)隊(duì)并推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展。
(7) 年齡在35周歲以下(二次進(jìn)站博士后除外),具有博士學(xué)位(獲博士學(xué)位不超過3年),或通過博士學(xué)位論文答辯的應(yīng)屆博士。
三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金/薪酬及待遇
博士后:
1.聘期2年,提供極具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬待遇,包括:
--最高70萬(wàn)元(35萬(wàn)/年)生活補(bǔ)貼。
●全球前200的境外高校博士畢業(yè)生:70萬(wàn)/2 年
●非全球前200的境外高校博士畢業(yè)生及所有國(guó)內(nèi)高校畢業(yè)生:46萬(wàn)/2 年
--20萬(wàn)元的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。
--導(dǎo)師提供的12萬(wàn)元~24萬(wàn)元的綜合年薪。
--繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和住房公積金。
--提供優(yōu)良的工作環(huán)境和國(guó)際交流合作機(jī)會(huì)。
2.符合南沙區(qū)新引進(jìn)學(xué)歷人才條件人員,可申請(qǐng)12萬(wàn)元學(xué)歷人才補(bǔ)貼。
3.支持博士后在站期間申請(qǐng)各級(jí)科研課題資助。
4.出站后留粵工作的博士后可申請(qǐng)最高70萬(wàn)元安家費(fèi)。
5.協(xié)助申請(qǐng)市/區(qū)級(jí)各項(xiàng)人才稱號(hào)及人才待遇。
6.可選擇落戶廣州市,其配偶及未成年子女隨遷入戶、子女入托、入學(xué)等按廣州市相關(guān)條例執(zhí)行。

Postdoctoral Recruitment – Dr. Hongyuan Lu’s Research Group
I. Introduction to the Research Group and Research Focus
Dr. Hongyuan Lu is an
Assistant Professor and PhD supervisor in the Bioscience and Biomedical
Engineering Thrust at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (
Dr. Lu's research has been published in top-tier journals such as Nature, PNAS, Nature Communications, Trends in Biotechnology, and Biotechnology and Bioengineering. Additionally, he has secured several research grants at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program and the National Talent Scheme (YQ)), along with others.
The research group focuses on synthetic biology, protein engineering, metabolic engineering, and environmental microbiology, with an emphasis on microbial and enzyme-based solutions for challenges in environmental, medical, and energy applications. The group employs metagenomics, machine learning, and automation technologies to drive innovations in the following key areas:
1.Plastic biodegradation
2.Chemical biosynthesis
3.Mosquito control using dsRNA
Through his research, Dr. Lu aims to uncover the fundamental mechanisms of enzymes and biological systems, leveraging their potential to address pressing global challenges.
II. Requirements:
1.PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning, life sciences, biochemical engineering, or related fields.
2.At least 1–2 first-author publications in high-impact journals within the past five years.
3.Strong independent research abilities and innovative thinking, with the capability to lead a small team and efficiently complete research tasks.
4.Positive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a diligent work ethic with a high sense of responsibility and perseverance.
5.Commitment to scientific integrity and teamwork, with the ability to integrate into the research group and drive project progress.
6.Age under 35 (except for those returning for a second postdoctoral position), with a PhD obtained within the last three years or a recent PhD graduate who has passed their dissertation defense.
III. Salary & Benefits
Postdoctoral Researcher Compensation:
1. Two-year appointment with highly competitive funding:
●Living allowance up to 700,000 RMB (350,000 RMB/year):
○Graduates from top 200 global universities: 700,000 RMB/2 years
○Graduates from non-top 200 global universities and all domestic universities: 460,000 RMB/2 years
●200,000 RMB research funding
●Comprehensive annual salary: 120,000–240,000 RMB (provided by the supervisor)
●Social insurance and housing provident fund contributions
●Excellent research environment with opportunities for international collaboration
2. Additional benefits:
●Eligible candidates may apply for a 120,000 RMB academic talent subsidy under the Nansha District talent introduction policy.
●Support in applying for various research funding opportunities during the postdoctoral period.
●Postdocs who remain in Guangdong after completing their term may apply for a settlement allowance of up to 700,000 RMB.
