1)Follow the purchasing plans, collaborating with various internal departments. 2)Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal. 3)Negotiating agreements and contracts with suppliers. 4)Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping. 5)Assist in the optimization of the procurement process and the establishment of a procurement strategy. 6)Assists with preparation and compliance for internal and external audits as required.
任職要求
1)Master’s degree Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field. 2)At least 1 year working experience in purchasing. 3)Performing cost and purchasing key indicators analyses. 4)Meticulousness and adaptable. 5)Ability to be self-disciplined and in compliance to get the work done. 6)Diplomatic problem solver and results driven. 7)Fluent in spoken and written English, fluent German is a plus. 8)Working experience at university is a plus
